Joy Behar – Est. $2.4 Million, New York

In late 2017, television personality Joy Behar shelled out $2.4 million on an apartment in the Upper West Side. The host of “The View” really likes living in The Big Apple since this was her second purchase in the Empire State area.

Earlier on in September 2016, she had spent $4.75 million on a Sag Harbor house. It seems the Williamsburg native fancied a shorter commute to work, which led to her decision to buy the second 1,314-square-foot three-bedroom condo just four blocks away from the ABC studio where “The View” is filmed. In 2021, Behar emphatically shut down reports and rumors of her retiring from “The View.”

Oprah Winfrey – Est. $52 Million, California

When Winfrey first stepped into her now-home in Montecito, California, in 2010, she was merely a visitor at a party who instantly fell in love with the lavish estate. Although the mansion was not strictly for sale, she wasted no time in snagging it up for an estimated $52 million nonetheless.
